Robyn Golden presents at care coordination forum
BMNO agency Health & Medicine Policy Research Group hosted a forum on Wednesday, September 3, “Care Coordination: Lessons, Challenges, and the Future”. Robyn Golden, Director of Health & Aging at Rush University Medical Center and part of the Bridge Model leadership team, presented on why care coordination is particularly needed for older adults, and why it is especially important for models to intentionally include attention to non-medical aspects of care.
